Erica Boutwell is a wife and mom of three boys living in the Nashville area since December 2016. A born-and-raised Texan, Erica got a degree in religion from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor then went headlong into vocational ministry from there. She spent 12 years on the worship staff at 121 Community Church in Grapevine, TX. After moving to Tennessee, Erica began working as Director of Operations for songwriter, Michael Farren, where for 2 years she oversaw the planning and execution of Kingdom Songs events and All About Worship. For 2019 and 2020, she also served as Associate Worship Pastor at Gateway Franklin Church. Erica is now the Director of Music Production for Bethel Music where she gets to use both her administrative skills and her passion for developing other leaders.
