All Christian ministry is tough work, but couples who share a calling to worship ministry face some unique challenges as well as unique joys. How do we handle disagreements? How do we deal with children and Sunday morning dynamics? How do we encourage and uplift one another rather than fuel frustrations? Let’s get together and talk about how we navigate these issues in ways that respect and honor one another and set an example for the church.
