This session takes into consideration “what” informs how we plan a worship experience. Topics addressed will include the Christian Calendar, the use of the lectionary as a resource for developing Biblical worship service, the relationship between the senior pastor and worship pastor, and effective communication to everyone who is part of the worship team. The intention is to be proactive in how one communicates with an army of volunteers that are responsible each week to develop and lead a worship service.
